The company offers a range of products, such as DiviFlash, an all-in-one solution for Divi; DiviGear, a place to buy Divi plugin and Child Theme; riovizual, a Table solution for Gutenberg; and rioblock, a Gutenberg block pack. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative, high-quality visuals such as banners, logos, infographics, motion graphics, animations, email newsletters, presentation slides, event materials, and more for digital media that will be shared with millions of customers worldwide.
- Conduct research and brainstorm new design ideas.
- Produce compelling short videos for social media platforms.
- Participate in all phases of the designing process, from ideation through final delivery.
- Quickly drawing and designing something based on the brief to show how it might look if we go with this idea.
- Work collaboratively with design & marketing teams to provide unified, consistent brand perception for all the brands across all channels.
- Be open to constructive feedback from other designers.
- Manage multiple projects within a tight deadline.
- Contribute to the development of our brand identity and style guide.
- Constantly stay up-to-date with latest design trends and technologies to ensure our designs are competitive.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven 1 years of work experience in design or relevant fields, prior digital graphic design experience is preferable. Experience working in a digital agency or web agency is also a plus.
- Deep knowledge of design fundamentals such as typography, color palettes, font pairing, graphic element.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud & other design tools.
- Good understanding of brand identity and design thinking.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation principles is a plus.
- Ability to visualize ideas by participating in brainstorming sessions with team members.
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Time management, organizational, and communications skills.
- Should be good in research, finding references, and must be up to date with current design and market trends to incorporate into regular assignments.
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation from any reputed educational institution preferably in art or a related field. Education qualification doesn’t matter as long as you have an unparalleled passion for designing.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven 1 years of work experience in design or relevant fields.

Job Type: Full Time
Office Time: SUN – THU (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 BDT (Monthly)
