Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience to fuel our inbound content engine across earned and owned channels. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to create high-quality, user-focused, product-led content that drives AI visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversions. This is your chance to own how people discover and choose our WordPress products through search, AI, content, and community, and to raise the content bar for the whole team.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Creation
- Run search query and intent research to find content with real business potential.
- Own product and category positioning, informed by competitive analysis and product knowledge, so messaging stays differentiated.
- Produce content that gets cited, ranks, and converts: landing pages, blog posts, email, and promotional copy.
- Create documentation, tutorials, and video scripts that drive product activation and reduce support load.
AI, Search, and Quality
- Win citations in AI answer engines (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) by building topical and entity authority.
- Run content audits and refreshes, and optimize for both traditional and AI search, to compound organic growth.
- Build AI-assisted workflows and reusable systems that let the team scale output without losing quality.
- Set editorial standards and verify all output, including AI, for accuracy and voice before publishing.
Distribution and Community
- Repurpose each piece into social, email, and video cuts, then distribute across owned and third-party platforms to multiply reach.
- Test new distribution channels to expand reach and engagement.
- Grow our WordPress community presence and turn its insight into content.
Outreach and Partnerships
- Run guest posting, digital PR, link building, and roundup placements for authority and referral traffic.
- Manage influencer, affiliate, and co-marketing collaborations on the content side that expand reach and referrals.
- Manage the online reputation of our products by monitoring and responding to reviews, forum threads, and social mentions to protect trust.
Performance and Reporting
- Track content performance in GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Report on content effectiveness and turn findings into data-driven recommendations.
Collaboration and Growth
- Mentor teammates and freelancers to keep quality consistent.
- Document the standards and playbooks the team follows.
- Partner with product, design, development, and support to align content with growth goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in content marketing or inbound marketing, ideally in SaaS, WordPress, or tech products.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication in English, with strong storytelling and a sharp eye for clarity.
- Experience across multiple inbound channels: SEO content, plus at least two of email, organic social, community, or outreach.
- Strong grasp of SEO and content optimization, including how to get content cited by AI search engines.
- Confident using AI tools to scale content while protecting quality and brand voice.
- Hands-on experience building websites with WordPress.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience mentoring writers or leading a small content function.
- Familiarity with the Divi ecosystem and the broader WordPress plugin market.
- Experience with lifecycle email (FluentCRM, Mailchimp, etc.) or with outreach and partnerships.
- IELTS certification or other evidence of advanced English proficiency.
Job Details
- Location: Nikunja-2, Dhaka
- Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
- Office Hours: Sunday – Thursday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
- 40,000 – 60,000 BDT per month (based on experience and expertise)
