Position Overview
We’re seeking a Content Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the SEO and content marketing lead to craft high-quality, user-focused content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions. This is your chance to influence content strategy, write engaging copy, and contribute to the growth of our brands in the WordPress space.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with the SEO and marketing teams to develop a comprehensive content strategy aimed at driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact topics and optimize content for search engines.
Content Creation
- Write, edit, and publish engaging blog posts, case studies, landing pages, email copy, and promotional content across various channels.
- Develop technical documentation, tutorials, and video scripts to highlight product features and assist users.
- Create content that is clear, jargon-free, and tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Content Promotion & Distribution
- Experiment with new content distribution channels to expand reach and engagement.
- Manage content distribution across social media, email campaigns, and relevant third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers, industry partners, and guest authors to amplify our content and strengthen brand authority.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Generate regular reports on content effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, developers, and the support team to ensure content aligns with product goals and addresses user needs.
- Mentor junior writers and freelancers, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and quality.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 1-3 years in content writing, content marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English, with a focus on storytelling and user engagement.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Experience building websites using WordPress for personal or client projects.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, Gutenberg, Elementor, and Divi.
- Proficiency with AI writing tools like ChatGPT or Jasper for content enhancement.
- Published articles on well-known WordPress or SaaS-related platforms.
- IELTS certification or other evidence of advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in copywriting, email marketing, or social media content creation.
Job Details
- Location: Nikunja-2, Dhaka
- Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
- Office Hours: Sunday – Thursday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
- Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 BDT per month (based on experience and expertise)
