Position Overview
We are seeking a Content Marketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to fuel our inbound content engine across earned and owned channels. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to create high-quality, user-focused, product-led content that drives AI visibility, traffic, engagement, and conversions. This is your chance to own how people discover and choose our WordPress products through search, AI, content, and community, and to raise the content bar for the whole team.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Creation
- Run keyword and intent research to find content with real business potential.
- Write, edit, and publish engaging blog posts, landing pages, email copy, and promotional copy.
- Create documentation, tutorials, and video scripts that help users get value from our products.
- Build product knowledge to keep content accurate and on message.
AI, Search, and Quality
- Optimize content for traditional search and AI engines, following our editorial standards.
- Refresh and update existing content to keep it accurate and ranking.
- Use AI tools to research, draft, and edit faster, while owning the final quality.
Distribution and Community
- Schedule and publish content across social media, email, and our channels.
- Repurpose each piece into social, email, and video cuts, then distribute across owned and third-party platforms to multiply reach.
- Engage in WordPress communities, groups, and forums, and help grow our WordPress community presence.
Outreach and Partnerships
- Support guest posting, digital PR, link building, and roundup placements outreach for authority and referral traffic.
- Coordinate influencer, affiliate, and co-marketing collaborations that expand reach and referrals.
- Help manage our products online reputation by monitoring reviews, forum threads, and social mentions, and flagging issues.
Performance and Reporting
- Track content performance in GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Report on content performance and share clear findings with the team.
Collaboration and Growth
- Work with designers, developers, and support to keep content aligned with goals.
- Follow team standards and playbooks, and grow your skills with the senior's guidance.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years in content writing, content marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and English communication, with a focus on clarity and storytelling.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals: keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM etc.) in a daily content workflow.
- Hands-on experience building websites with WordPress.
- Familiarity with at least one channel beyond the blog: email, organic social, or community.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with the Divi ecosystem and the broader WordPress plugin market.
- Light video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Published articles on well-known WordPress or SaaS platforms.
- Experience in copywriting, email marketing, or social media content creation.
- IELTS certification or other evidence of advanced English proficiency.
Job Details
- Location: Nikunja-2, Dhaka
- Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
- Office Hours: Sunday – Thursday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
- Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 BDT per month (based on experience and expertise)
